- The Half Day Hire Rate includes the cost of the Venue, FREE Wireless Internet access, notepads, mints, pens and tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival and mid-morning. Hire of audio visual and all other equipment is for your own account. Catering, snacks, soft drinks and bottled water available on request (24hrs notice in advance) at an additional charge. Refer to the Deposit, Payment and Confirmation Policies below

GROUPS (2 sharing per room – minimum 6 guests to qualify)

SANDTON CONVENTION CENTRE SPECIAL (Monday – Friday only)

CONFIRMATION, DEPOSIT & PAYMENT (EFT TRANSFER and/or CASH ONLY)
- Once we process your Booking Request, we will send our Bank Account Details for your Deposit and/or Full Payment
- We require a 50% Deposit to SECURE the Booking and the Full Payment PRIOR to Arrival to CONFIRM the Booking
- As a booking constitutes a binding contract, all guests are strongly advised to take out insurance to cover the full cost of their accommodation in the event of a cancellation. We will seek compensation for any cancelled accommodation that cannot be re-let, including premature curtailment.
- As Classique Grace Boutique Hotel does not accept loss and damage to guest’s personal belongings, it is advised that guests secure full travel insurance when travelling to South Africa, inclusive of full health care treatment.
- As there are often specials on last minute bookings, please enquire.
- For last minute bookings, the Full Amount is payable (i.e. EFT, Credit cards, Debit cards or Cash only) whilst completing the Check-In formalities
- All Extras are payable in Full prior to Check-Out (i.e. EFT, Credit cards, debit cards or Cash only)
- We regret that we do not accept Cheques,
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation should be at least 10 days prior to arrival in order to avoid loss of your deposit
- Cancellations to be done in writing and emailed to our Office
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
- Check-In between 14h00 & 18h00 (Prior notice required for late arrivals)
- Check-Out by 10h00 (or except by prior arrangement)
